How easy will this Air Intake be to install?

Okay, there is no way I can afford a true K&N FIPK, so I am considering a "FAUX FIPK" This item doesn't come with any instructions. I wonder how easy/difficult it is to install? (Especially the MAF connector)
Any ideas?

I bought a CAI from ebay as well. Not the same version though I bought mine from this guy:

They install in like an hour and most of that is just removing the old intake. Then lining up and bolting the new one on is a breeze. I wouldn't expect there would be much difference for you on that 02. One thing though my version the MAF hole had some weld bead in the way and wouldn't let the sensor fit in. I had to file the bead down then it went together just fine.

I would buy the setup. Just have a set of small 1/4 metal files around before you start. Hopefully someone with a heritage body will chime in to give some info.

Impact9, did you notice any difference with your CAI?
Gas mileage improvement? throttle response? etc.....
