K&N intake vs Framboost intake?

I'm looking for a intake for my F150, which intake is worth it? My F250 has a K&N fuel injection performance intake in it and it is awesome, I had a friend rev it up while i stood infront of the open hood, that thing sucks in the air its awesome, also matched with the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust its a perfect match, but what are some of your opinions?

Heres where you can find the intake in the F250

I will give you my opinions and it is just that. First off looks good. I just had to be different and went with the AEM brute force. Did not want to mess with oiling the filter. Been there and done that. I have about 4000 miles so far on it and really like it. I have pics in my gallery. I did have to make a MAS adapter for it to work though because the MAs are different from the 06 to 05.

I don't know a lot about the Fram but I did a lot of research on the K&N...It makes pretty good power (15.47 hp claimed), however, I heard that it gets loud when going WOT...I would have gotten one if TP wouldn't have had such a good tuning combination with the AF1...K&N has been around for a while making high performance filters...I don't think you can go wrong with one...
