Exclamation Looking for the best exhaust kit for my 2001 King Ranch 5.4L F-150 Supercrew

Im pretty new to trucks, and im looking for something pretty loud with duel rear exhausts tips, and under 500$ if possible. So far ive looked at some flowmasters, bassani, and a few borlas, but not sure exactly what im reading, can someone help me out here.

If you were to take a poll on this topic I believe you'd find that most would prefer the Flowmasters since you want loud and under 500 clams. Borlas, Bassani, Corsa are all great systems but you'll pay for it. No more performance than the Flows, just sound. I love my Flows on my truck and just installed them on my 06 Stang GT, great sound, I'm sure you'll love'em to.

So what your saying is that, the flows would be my best bet for under 500 and the Borlas, Bassani, and Corsa are just as good but louder

What I'm saying is Flows are just as good as the others just less $$. The others are not louder only the tone may change from one to the other. The other difference is Borlas, Corsa, and Bassani I believe are stainless steel. Might be worth the $$ if you're conserned about rust or you want something pretty under your truck.

Stainless not just for looks, but longevity. If you live in a good climate, anything goes but a 4 seasons place like the midwest or anything seeing snow, salt etc. go stainless, worth the extra $$$. If I could of, I would go Bassani, but went JBA/K&N instead, extremely pleased. In my opinion, it sounds better than flows, but not as loud. I'm picky on sound and am pleased, price? Under 400 clams for stainless (K&N) system made by JBA. Any of the others mentioned are great, especially Borla and Bassani even Magnaflow.
