metal or plastic intake
I think im settled on witch cold air intake 2 get but, should i go with the metal pipe thats looks good or the plain ole plastic? In my mind im thinking that metal gets up to higher temps than the plastic would, if that is true is it enough to make a differance?

Metal
Hi.
Here we go again - this has been discussed TO DEATH!
Big BS on the plastic dissipating heat - I'm getting tired of searching for you guys - it's there for the asking in the Chips forum, if you care at all - but you probably don't and would rather rely on what you think you know, rather than what has actually been tested by someone with integrity.
And not just any metal - polished (on the outside only) stainless - NOT aluminum, which is just about the worst.
Man ... go look, and if that does not convince you , call the person that really knows.... you all know who that is by now....
No cheers this time. I'm bummed. Pooh.
BTW - good deal on an AF1 in the classifieds...
