Y-pipe in place of flowmaster

I have an appt tommorow to replace my flowmaster muffler si/do with a y-pipe and run no muffler!!

Will it sound good?

Will I lose a lot of back pressure?

They are willing to change it back if I dont like it

So have you figured out that your threads get moved for a reason? You're posting them in the wrong forum.

your gonna lose most of your low end torque. your computer is designed to work with the backpressure to get proper combustion and exhaust efficency. and u will most likely be looking into a heafty fine with local law enforcement. I did it with my truck the day i installed my flowmaster and i didnt like the way it sounded. its to raspy.

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!

I have it now. I didnt lose any low end power. My truck has the same times as it did w/ flowmaster. As ford sound, it is sweet. It is DEEEEEP and loud. It is no where near raspy.
