45 or straight out the back?

Hey everyone looking to get a new exhaust on my 04 f150 and I was just wondering if anyone has any pictures of the pipes coming out 45 degrees and straight out the back. I just cant figure out which way to go. Also what size muffler comes with the magnaflo 16616.

I like em straight out the back, angled down just slightly. I'll take some pics of mine when I get home from work....

45 Deg angle

I like having them at a 45 degree angle. Keeps the exhaust out of your face when hooking up a trailer. Plus, it sounds better when the windows are down.

5"X8"X18"...2.5" SIDO (in front of tire)...you'd have to go with another setup if you want 45s...this is like the Lightning setup...

I have had both 45 and straight out the back and my personal preference is straight out the back. Like said above if you tow a lot, the 45 would probably be better. I just put true dual exhaust straight out the back on mine, so you can check it out here.

I had mine turned down and out about 45 degrees, but also had them tucked up close to the spare so that you don't have to look at those tailpipes all the time and you don't have that mud hanging from them or anything popping up and bending your tips...do yourself a favor and keep 'em high and out of sight..._motes
