i had a 03 f150 with the 5.4 and i was using the imco 7471 muffler with 2 1/2 ins and outs, well that truck got wrecked and now i picked up a 03 f150 with the 4.6 what muffler or combo can i get to acheive a similar tone and flow as the 5.4 with that imco muffler?

I used the magnaflow siso cat back setup. It souds really good. Not to loud at crusing speeds, but get on it mannnnnnnnn.

I personal do not have any experience with imco. Just tell ya what I used. Try the same setup if thats what you like. I don't think you will be disapponted.

 

i think i have decided to go back with the imco muffler such as stated prior my only question is should i go with 2 1/2" in and out or 2 1/2"in and 2 1/4" out dual? which will give me better mpg or horsepower but not loose anything that i already have?

 

can't anyone help with this part?
