Anyone install an Air Force One intake?

Has anyone installed the Air Forse One cold air intake kit. If so, how was it to install and how is it performing?

Hey there, yea i have the Air Force 1 intake on my 97 F150 with 4.6 v8, it was really easy to install....basically the same as a K&N system and got good performance feel from it all around, makes ur exhaust tone sound better as well.

Thats my .02 cents anyways,
Take it easy

Just installed one in my "new" 05 F150 this past weekend. Pretty easy install. The hardest part is putting the rubber seal onto the metal "box" that houses the air filter. I had an airade on my last '05 and had quite a bit of trouble getting the tube to seat properly on the throttle body without the help of a second person. I would still highly recommend either intake, it's whether you like shiney or dark under the hood.

I have the Air Force 1 on my f150 5.4L. It is awesome. The sound is great and along with my Superchips 1714 tuner I could definately feel a little bit more throttle response and a smoother pull throughout the RPM range.

I got the 3" tube because Im not Troyer tuned. If I were you I would go with a PCM tune before an intake.

I got the AF1 on my 04 and like it a lot. It was easy to install; took longer to get the stock system off than to put the AF1 on
