4.6 to 5.4 swap header question

I am replacing the 4.6 in my 97 4wd f150 and was curious what the most popular power producing header is for the 5.4? No site i have found offers a 4wd long tube set, so i am stuck with equal length shorties(well, nearly equal length). Chime in if you have some info please.

I put JBA headers on my 98 f150 and loved them, they pulled hard from the time i put my foot into it from the time i took it out. And if i remember right they worked on both motors (had 4.6). They were the best money i spent out of all my mods!

Go to Summitracing.com and dig up the Edelbrock headers for the 5.4, they are by far the best designed shorty I've seen for these motors and are like $360 with a ceramic coating....
