I recently had JBA Titanium ceramic coated headers installed on my 05 5.4 f-150. This is a fact, I never have gotten above 14.8mpg on long trips, after the headers i took a 500 mile trip and averaged 16.4. Not much but I was very pleased. It also made the sound of my magnaflow meaner, and when i get my tuner and af1 3.25" intake installked in 3 weeks(hopefully) I am excited as to what it will produce. Im in CA and gas is 3.40gal, so 1.5 so far is great. im hopin to get 18 when its all said and done.
