To Those with IMCO

What size IMCO mufflers does everyone get. When I say size I mean teh inlet/outlet diameter.

I am constantly changing my mind about what exhaust to get, but now I am looking at the IMCO...again. Those who have the IMCO Extreme, did you get the 2.5" I/O or the 3" I/O?

Main reason why I am asking is that I will be replacing the stock Y-pipe and if I am replacing that I might as well change the pipes.

NOTE: I Don't what to lose low end so if going 3" will lose power, please tell me!!!

Single 3" or dual 2.5" is good for the 5.4L. If you repalce the OEM y-pipe, go with a single 3" muffler and then either single 3" or dual 2.5" tail pipes.

3 in SI 2.5 in. D/O. Sounds so good. Didnt notice power loss but I had a FM40 before and did notice loss when I installed that.
