Need help/parts for IMCO install

Hey guys. I'm looking to purchase an IMCO Extreme series muffler and I want it to exit on the side before the rear tire.

Can someone help me out with what parts I need? I know the muffler will be a 7425 SI/DO(2.5" I/2.25 O").

Where is a good place to cut the old system out? Right before the muffler? I really just need to know if I need any 2.5" pipe and what kind of pipes(bends) do I need for the dual out part. I may wait a bit on the tips.

Edit: Also, is there hangars in place that can suit this type of exhaust or would i have to put them in? See sig for truck.

Thanks!

why not look at the specs on any system that exits the way you want and add or subtract for muffler length. The hangers probably can get from your local muffler shop or pro parts store. Probably be easier to take it to a shop to have the the pipes welded to the muffler then they can make the right bends for you save you some time and aggravation. Or just buy a cat back kit. Just a thought Good Luck!!

That's true...but I don't mind the aggravation. I like to do things myself. And I don't want to spend $400+ on a catback when I can buy the parts for $100-$150.

I have a friend that has the ford racing setup on his 00 f150 I can see what the length of his pipes are and the bends if you need it. He has the Borla cat back dual side exit before the tire.
