catalytic converter

I have been thinking of putting a high flow catalytic converter on my truck. Wondering if anyone has done this? If so what did you go with and is it worth the money? Thanks!

Unless you get really sucky gas mileage, I wouldn't replace the stock ones. I removed mine completely, and I can't tell a difference in power. I did, however get an increase in gas mileage, about 12mpg to 14mpg.

I installed the Magnaflow highflows with a Mag X Muffler about ten days ago, I like them. I seem to have a little better low and mid range torque. This set up is a bit louder than I would have liked, but I'm the only one around here that thinks so. I always prefer a very mild exhaust tone. g luck

I know that I have heard this discussed on here before, but is it a pain in the butt job to get 2 of the 4 cats removed? What issues do you run into with the o2 sensors?

I took out all 4 cats and put in two magnaflow hi-flow cats from troyer. I defenetly saw a difference between no cats which is what I had and hi-flows. Go with high-flows

If you get a check engine light, just order some mil eliminators from ebay. $8.00 and your problem is over.
