put the flowmaster exhaust on my 97f150...sounds great but not as loud as i want. I understand these trucks have 3 cats on them? Any other suggestions besides removing or boreing them out?? and if i were to remove them how much work is it and is the sound volume and quality really worth it??

You have 4 cats, and if you "bore them out" your truck WILL sound crappy. Either lose two of the cats (Not sure which ones), lose the 4 factory cats and run 2 hiflow cats, or just ditch all 4 together.
