99 full exaust with LT's?

99 full exaust with LT's?

hi all,
a friend of mine is lookin to put long tubes x-pipe and true duals on his 99 5.4 4x4 singlecab shortbed right now he is runin straight pipes rest all stock including cats he's not sure weather to run no cats with mufflers i said keep cats he is also thinkin of flowmasters i said magnaflows but anyhow he for sure dosnt have alot of money to spend so im askin for help for the best setup for price that has the sound and increase of power
remember has to be LT's and x-pipe can do with out mufflers prob.
and where to get the setup

Kooks LTs wont fit a 4x4.
Dynatechs system will (I think)
The only problem is you cant get any LTs for short $$$$$
