On a Magnaflow SIDO rear with an OEM trailer hitch...

is it just a matter of reposistioning the hangers or is there more to it?

The OEM hitch uses frame holes that are also used by Magnaflow for their hanger locations. Some guys have tapped holes into the frame to mount the hangers, while others have welded the hangers in place.

Other guys have even removed some to the bolts from the factory hitch and used the vacated bolt holes to mount the hangers.....

OK So the modifing their web site talks about is more with the truck itself then the exhaust. I persoanlly like the rear exit exhaust but I have the hitch, just wanted to be clear on what I'm getting myself into.
