I have an 04 scab 5.4. I had a Flowmaster 40 welded in at a local shop for 110 bucks! Sounds great, runs better. Louder, but not too loud. Just a nice, low, throaty rumble. I'm happy.

 

So, What I am getting from this is a magnaflow muffler will be sufficient as far as sound and preformance gains are concerned, and the sido exit is for styling. Correct? I appreciate all you guys input. It is nice to go somewhere to get advice from folks that have installed these products. It takes the guess work out.
