What does every one think about how the borla dual system pipe goes right behind the differential. Is there any problems with it or is it just that it blocks the differential cover.
I have the single system. SISO

Exclamation

I have a Magnaflow on my Ranger, and my buddy has a Borla. I think mine sounded a LOT better/deeper/more aggressive and his sounded more "refined" and actually similar to a Porsche. Which, personally, I don't like. The magnaflow on my 3.0 sounded more like a small V8 than a v6, and was awesome under acceleration.

Also, I didn (nor did he) really notice much of a power gain in his while mine was fairly noticable on the low end.

As for my F150, the magnaflow sounds so incredible I can not possibly imagine ever wanting it any different.

Considering it is WELL proven the "power gains" are negligable from ANY exhaust on the F150s...I think it is a foolish move to spend more than $275-300~ for ANY exhaust installed since you aren't getting any benefit. Unless you live in snow and need stainless, save the cash and get the magnaflow and you WILL be happy.

Borla here....

>>>>I installed a Borla SISO system on my truck. It's been about four years and I'm still very happy with it. It still sounds and looks great. Under normal driving it's a modest low tone. Under heavy acceleration it really sounds awesome. It mounted easily and bolted up perfect. Everything was quality. I highly recommend Borla.
