ok, this is how it is;
I just sold my camaro, and now i HAVE to do something about the exhaust on my truck.
It's too quiet!!!

It has a 4.6l engine, i know, it's not much, but there must be great imporvements to make.

I want a deep, agressive sound, but not too loud, then i'll get arrested.

My camaro had SLP headers, 3" highflow cat, and flowmaster 80. I LOVED that deep massive sound.

I would like to have single sideexit (stock), but go up to, lets say, 3"
I will weld it myself, but i need guidelines.
On my old bronco i put a muffler from apple, but it didn't make it sound fatter.

 

I am opting for the magnaflow 18" for my 4.6... Your gonna hear either magnaflow 14 or 18" or flowmaster 40 or 50 series on this forum... I have had the 40 series in the past, but wanted to try something new... Hopefully it will sound good. I should be installing it myself next week!!

i put flowmaster 40 series on my truck sounds great did notice a liitle power loss on the low end though

 

Magnaflow 14" will sound agressive, but not too loud. The 18" Magnaflow will be a little quieter. These mufflers have a performance rumble on startup, and when you mash the go pedal. They are quiet at highway speeds with very little drone. They come in aluminized and stainless.

 

i would put a flowmaster on there, especealy if you had a flowmaster on your camaro, nothing else can compare to the sound IMO, good luck
