Recently got my muffler installed with new tip. I purchased the muffler used from a member here. Stainless 5X8X14 SI/SO muffler. My truck being a 97 had exhaust exited before rear tire on passenger side. I left this way and had a nice dual square rolled edge tip installed to look similar to a lightning exhaust. The muffler was not used much before i got it, so i still have burn in time to go.

To be honest, i love this muffler so far. Right now the sound is perfect. At idle, you can't even tell it's there. Just normal driving without going WOT all the time, it has a real nice tone to it...and when you do go WOT...you know it's there. I know i still have burn in to go...so hopefully my thoughts will be the same after that...But so far...i love this muffler choice!
