Cleaning o2's

I have a 98 f150 with 107,000 miles and I was wondering if theres a way to clean the o2 sensors ir is that a waste of time and i should just buy new ones?? There fine now but im going to do a full tune up and want to get everything running and working good..

you need to replace them, anything you clean them with will mess up the sensor and give a false reading, just replace them, good luck
