if im not mistaken i think the O2 sensors are on the second set of cats so taking out the front 2 shouldnt do anything.

Hey Guys,

Just got my pipes one the truck. They went 2 1/2" true duals from the cats back, with 12" glasspacks, and side exit. I really like the sound, its not real loud, and I took it to 4500 in first and let off, no rapping, just a nice rumble all the way down. I know that eventually they will start to rap a bit, but for now it is the exact sound that I was after. Thanks again to all who posted here and in other places on true duals.

How loud is it inside the cab? Can you hear the radio or have a conversation without straining?

they quiet things down- that doesn't mean they are restrictive- i welded in a bung just after y on my 03 5.4- at 54 rpms while driving in second gear pulling 5500lbs my back pressure was under 3psi-not very much at that rpm-phil

Hey,

On the highway going 110 Kph ( 2000 rpm) I can just barely hear the pipes rumbling with no radio on. Even around the city they aren't that loud in the cab, unless of course I floor it and am at 4500 rpm or something. If I turn up the stereo very much at all, I don't hear anything from the pipes unless I floor it, and even at that I could still have a conversation or hear the radio.
