im thinking bout buying exhaust for my truck, and i have my eyes set on a magnaflow system but i really want to know how it is before i buy it , u kno maybe get some opinions from people who already have it, thx!

 

Got the #16616 Cat-back (Lightning style dual exit in front of wheel) It's great can't hear it when just cruisin' w/ the radio on. Lets you know its there when you get on it. Idle is not much louder than stock, but you know its not stock from the tone of it. I picked up a lil on the low end to, feels easier to break the tires loose now, could be just convincing myself though...I'd highly recommend Magnaflow, whether you go w/ just a muffler or the whole cat-back.

 

Yeah I have a magnaflow muffler and tip on my 2001 F-150 with the 4.6L. I really like the sound of it. Its not that loud at idle and start-up but once you get on it its has a nice rumble to it. Its a bit too quiet for me but thats ok.I did notice a improvment when I put on the muffler. Before I just cut out the stock muffler and it seemed to lose some power but it was louder then with the magnaflow muffler on it.
