Question Duals in front of rear tires?

Has anyone put on duals with the tips exiting in front of the rear tires. I have an "05 Screw and want something different, I do plan on putting on true duals, I already have the oval tips. So if anyone has pics of their setup I'd like to take a gander...

I never seen dual's in front of the tire's, but ThumperMX has dual's behind the tire.
They look great.

No one makes a system I'd have have them custom bent, I have seen one in a mag. with them but they didn't show any up close pics of it. Behind the tires do look cool but I was looking for something different to do. I'm hoping to get it done in the next month.

I Actually Asked The Same Question Before Bc My 97 Ext. Cab Came With The Exhaust Coming Out On The Passenger Side In Front Of The Rear Tire.. And That Was Stock.. And Like You I Want To Get A Dual Exhaust To Come Right Out In Front Of The Tires Too...but I Cant Find Them Anywhere... So If You Find Them Please Let Me Know Bc Im Dreading Getting Someone To Custom Bend A Set Of Pipes For My Truck....

I had this done on my 97 f150 and it was a BAD IDEA i mean i dont know how much you like cleaning your vehicle but it allways took a good 15-20 minutes longer of scrubbing on that one wheel to get it clean...My system was a custom bent system...I would never do it again. My current exhaust exits behind the rear tire like a HD i would suggest that good Luck

Are you wondering who make them???

I think Gibson has them coming out behind the tire, maybe Magnaflow too.
Roush is in front and Borla is one single behind the tire.

if you remember back to the late '80's...
ford vans with a V-8 (351W 4-V or 460 equipped) had one muffler and 2 exhaust pipes that came out behind the rear wheel pass side...

maybe something like that would be what your looking for...

...zap!

my stock system on my 97 that came out right in front of the rear tire use to be a problem with getting the rear wheel dirty... but i took a saw-zaw and cut it back like 3 inches and it put it blowing on the tread and not the wheel itsself...

I wanted the same thing.

Hi, I wanted the same thing. Your gonna have to custom it. I have the 36 gallon tank, so, I didn't go that route, So, I just went straight back. I have a aeroturbine, and I love it. I'm getting it redone though, I used 2.5 all the way through, and now I'm getting it changed to 2.25, hey guys, check out my thread about " Y to X or not to Y to X" maybe you can help me. Oh, by the way, I've had flow master, and spin tech, they're both nice but I really like the Aeroturbine. Sounds real mean. Ok, got to go now. bye!
