What exhaust to go for more power

I am in the market for an cat back exhaust and i am looking preferable for dual exhaust and i wanted to get the best exhaust that will give my engine the most power that i can get from just an exhaust upgrade and maybe an FIPK intake down the line. Any sugestions... and why....
ps. i have a 2003 5.4 liter screw

Magnaflow or Banks would be the way to go for power.

What are you expecting? Your not going to get an increase that you can really tell, just that you're going to expect and make yourself believe. A good flowing exhaust may gain you 3-4HP total. A true dual may give you 4-6HP and if you do a few more things like high flow cats and bigger pipe with a couple other add ons you may just get 10HP. Never believe any of the 20 or more HP claims you see, its all a load of crap
