Adding free flowing exhaust and lowering the backpressure will show higher HP on the DYNO but a loss in Torque. The key is to find a happy medium that also happens to sound good. As stated earlier, it's gonna be minimal by most standards. Fins somebody with each type and pick the one that sounds the best to you. Everybody is gonna tell you the one they have is the best... I like the Flows because the is really nothing to rot, rust or fall apart and they are solid as can be...
