Just how quiet is the Flowmaster 50 SUV? I'm looking for a mellow, and rather low key tone. Is it like the sound clip on the Flowmaster site? I'm looking at keeping the stock pipes and replacing the muff.

To bad. I just installed a 50 si/do on my Screw. On a trip to San Diego my wife commented on how quiet it was a cruising speed. Once headed up the hill, the sweet sound of the duals could be heard. Just right around town, nice rumble, but quiet for the neighborhood.

Again to bad...I did exactly what you are talking about...Just swapped the muffler from the stock.. Nice tone---deep and crisp... Hardly heard when cruising at 50-75..
