I'm looking for a MagnaFlow cat-back system for my truck, but I don't see one for my application.

Does anyone know if they make one for my truck?

Yes they do. They make a couple that will fit. I ended up changing my stock 2001 Supercrew pipes from the cats back (including the y collector, which most do not replace). I went with the Harley Davidson edition DIDO Magnaflow 15772. It hooks to the original hangers and only requires a few extra pipes to install (2 90 degree elbows and a length of straight pipe) to get rid of the y collector and move to the DIDO setup. I love it and that would be my recommendation. However, the 15609 also is for your truck in a SISO configuration.
