Thumbs up Replaced my Flowmaster

After long hard decisions I changed my Flowmaster catback to a Magnaflo. No offense to all the Flowmaster fans, the system was great but did not hold up to the weather in the Northeast with all the road salt, virtually ate the system away. Had the Magnaflo installed and it sounds sweet. I ordered duals straight out the back, but some where the order was messed up and I received duals ou the side behind the tires (not a problem cause my flowmaster was side swept to the rear. I am really happy with the sound and looks and the wifey likes the sound as its kicked in the *** .

Flowmaster sounded good at idle, to me sounded very monotone while driving didnt really have the growl. The flowmaster I had was the force II, should have put the american thunder series on. The magnaflo definitly has a richer deeper sound. My mpg actually is better with the magnaflo along with the K&N cold air intake, that also helps the sound a little bit Ill post a pic later today.

I hope your new sytem will hold up to all the road salt seeing how it was the killer of the old systemy you just replaced.

If you want loud, put a flowmaster 40 series setup on your rick. That will suit your fancy

Take off your cats and put on high flow ones. I used the magnaflow Jeep 6 cyl cats for mine and it works wonderful
