I just ordered a Borla exhaust kit for my 2003 Ext Cab short bed, and in the ebay add, it mentioned that it was a Ford Racing product. I went onto the Ford Racing website and found that they sold all sorts of Borla systems for different ford cars and trucks. Does anyone know if these exhausts have anything special done to them for Ford Racing, or did ford buy a bunch of these exhausts and now they're an authorized dealer of Borla? Just curious. Thanks.

 

Any manufacturer can BUY licencing to claim they are a XXX brand product. Pay the price and you can put a Ford logo on your high performance cup holder.
