I have a 2001 4x4 f-150 5.4 v8 I was looking into getting some headers but i wanted to aski you guys what u thought of it first? I want a set that is not too expensive like near 400-450 and i want to know which wil give me the best performance and sound for that amount of money..

i had the painted pacesetter headers on my 97. they were a pain to install but i never had a leak and they still dont five years later as far as i know. I will probly add the dynatech long tubes with mids and high flow cats on my L soon but that system is 1295. Id say look around but most say JBA is a good header. To me its all in what you want to spend.
