I put in 2 emico free-flow catalytic convertors. Honestly, unless you are doing a ton of other stuff, don't mess with this mod. Cat's are there for a reason, and don't expect huge power gains from replacing yours. In fact, I even noticed a loss of power at low end.

A few months ago and after around 111K miles I changed my truck's cat's with two magnaflow hi flow units. Sounds great, and I am not interested in running no cat's at all. I don't have any photos of the cat's installation but I will try to get some including the muffler and the whole setup. You can see the tips at my website. The muffler is a Magnaflow SI/DO (12158) with 4" slash cut tips. The JBA headers are sitting around waiting for installation.

One thing to mention is that it seems they damage one of the upstream O2 sensor at the muffler shop and I took care of it changing both upstream sensors. Later I will be doing the downstream sensors, but not in a hurry.
