O2 sensor information?
O2 sensor information?
Hi guys,
I have to ask this question,
If you do not have a cat do you need an electronic spoof to fool the chip so you don't set a code?
If yes, can someone attach a link for a location to buy.
Does the 2001 F150 have a secondary O2 sensor taking readings after the catThe reason for theese questions, I have a set of headers coming from Jet hot this week and I am also getting the Y pipe coated, well, the Y pipe does not have cats. Just wondering if it's important.

Thankx... Kickin Blue, that's perfect.
I will wait until I complete my October registration on my truck before I install the exhaust system just in case they want to dyno the truck for the smog check.
Then i'll get two year registration so i can wait a few years before I have to register again.
I can also just get another Y pipe and have cats welded into it.
Thanks again, I appreciate it.
