Pic of Dual exhaust on Flairside

Anyone out there have a good pic of a flairside with dual exhausts. I'm having trouble deciding about straight exit or angle exit. Any pics would be appreciated to help me make my decision. Thanks

Thanks for the pics. Very nice truck!!!!!! i'm hearing good things about the way the Flowmaster's sound. Did you do any other engine mod's to your 4.6. Just trying to get an opinion of the kind of sound I will get out of them. The really only other engine mod I'm thinking of doing is a K&N air intake system and maybe a super chip and something of the same.

Thanks for the compliment. It was a 4.6L.
I only had a drop in K&N Air filter. No other engine mods.

Do the exhaust, you wont be dissapointed. I'm am about to put the same system as my old truck on my new 2002 F-150 (pic in my sig.)

I'll second that, that exhaust is great. I have the exact same truck but mines black and I also have the BFG All-Terrain's and the exact same exhaust 3 inch rolled stainless tips. To go along with the exhaust get an intake too. I got the K&N 77 Series on my truck you can hear it sucking that air in. lol

Thanks for the advice guy's. The bad thing about this website is that after seeing and hearing everybody talk about their trucks. It makes me want to spend way to much $$$$$$$ on mine. My wife is already not happy about my new tires & rims. Now I have to break the news about the new exhaust and intake system. What's next time will only tell.

Well 2 bad, she is just gonna have to deal w/ it

Those tips are actually SS tips from Magnaflow. The place that did my exhaust said that flowmaster doesn't sell tips seperatly so he put those on for me. I thought they looked ok. They are the longest ones they make....18" I think.

Hey Mudflinger,

What size and brand of tires do you have on your new truck? Also, with the flowmasters: Did you lose a lot of low end torque w/ the 4.6 or not? I have the exact same truck as your 2002, even down to the color. I currently have a glass pack on it that is robbing me of low end torque (my giddy up, giddy out). I want something that sounds nice but lets me keep my low end power. Let me know your opinion. Thanks

I have the 245/70R16's I think 29" tires? And they are Cooper Discoverer M+S. Pretty much a Mud tire. And the whine a little. The flowmaster exhaust is coming in this weekend so hopefully next week I can let you guys know how it works out.

With my old truck I noticed all the gain at highway speed when trying to pass. My old 4.6 was a dog trying to pass, untill the exhaust. But it seems my new 4.6 has way more power for passing. Differnent gearing also.
