Got my new exhaust today. It is a Magnaflow 15609. My question is about the exhaust pipes themselves. The muffler is definitley stainless, but the pipes look like aluminized steel not stainless. I was under the immpresion that the pipes were stainless also. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure.

 

The pipes are stainless, the muffler and tip are polished stainless.

I'm just curious but how much did you fork out for the 15609? I'm going to buy one but I'm currently shopping for the lowest price.

 

I ordered it from Troyers. It was 459.00 shipping included.

 

$367 shipped to my door from Hottexhaust.com. There was a 20% coupon code ( wideopen2Zg13 ) that you use to get almost $100 off their list price. Not sure how long the coupon is good for. May attempt my install today....

 

How did you find out about that coupon code to get the discount? (The one you used is expired now but that is a great deal!).

 

I found the coupon code on this site, someone else posted it. There is a new coupon code and it is FordTruck8 and I think it is the same deal.

Someone else here said if you call them at 1-800-288-7730 they will give you a coupon code if this one is expired.
