Exaust system identification

Is there any way to tell what make of exaust system or muffler that is on my truck? It's not polished or shiny, and the tip is black and does not protrude out from the back or side of the truck. The muffler is just a dull brown like most of the components undeneath the truck.
maybe it's just a generic muffler? I had one guy where I work look underneath and he said it was a Flowmaster.
Don't get me wrong, it sounds good and there seems to be quite a bit of low end torque.
I'm probably pissing into the wind here, but I thought I would ask anyway.

Most big brands stamp their name on both sides of an oval muffer. If it doesnt' say anything, it's probably some $20 baffled muffler (similar to Flowmaster).
