Angry HELP!!! Broken manifold studs

SOB!!!! I've got the usual #4 cylinder broken stud ends on the passenger side exhaust manifold. I've got the manifold off and am trying to use vice grips and even tried a small pipe wrench to grab ahold of them and turn them (top one is sticking out about 3/8 in. and the bottom about 1/2 in). NOTHING is working. I've soaked them down in penetrant to try to loosen them. The VG's nor the pipe wrench can get enough grip to turn them. All it's doing is eating the threads on the studs (too soft of metal I guess). I did a search and saw where some of ya'll were using the VG's but man, it's just not cuttin' it. What else can I do? I can't get a drill in there to dry and make a hole in the end for easy outs. WHAT TO DO???!! Anybody!!??? I'm going nuts.

My truck is a 99 F150 with the 5.4L.
