I received my Magnaflow 15749 SI/DO kit from Hottexhaust for my 2003 5.4L FX4 Screw and, after after a few hours, have it installed. I am having trouble with the alignment of the tips (they look like they are pointing slightly to the driver side).

I can correct this when I install the two supplied hangers, but after looking at the pictures on the instructions, I can't find how these are supposed to be mounted to the frame. Is there an existing hole to mount the hanger? For those with OEM hitches, do you have to remove one of the bolts for the hitch, or are people drilling a hole in the frame?
