Side Exit Before the Wheel on a 2004. Post PICS Please!!!

I'm trying to get some ideas for my exhaust on my 04 scab FX4. I really like the look of the side exit pipes before the passenger rear wheel. (The lightning style) Does anyone have this setup, and could you please post some pics?

I'm gonna go to a local exhaust shop, and probally get a SI/SO Magnaflow, or Flowmaster. I don't wanna loose any low end grunt, so I'm gonna keep the stock diameter pipe after the SI/SO muffler.

I really just want a nice bad a$$ sound, for the least cost.

Any help is apreciated.

A lot of people have SIDO in front of rear wheel. Haven't seen too many SISO in front of rear wheel. All of my pipe diameters are same as stock except the tips are bigger.

Thanks guys, I just talked to a local shop today, and they told me that a Magna flow SI/DO muffler, with the side exit setup is gonna cost about $400 canadian with the labour.
Is this a good price?

I'm not real sure what the exchange rate is, but it sounds pretty close. My setup is different than the quote you received, mine cost $276.

I am debating on what kind of exauhst to get for my 2002 F150 ext cab flareside 4x4. It has a turbo exauht system on it now but once you hit 45 miles per hour you can not even hear the exauhst and also when idleing and reving you can bearly hear it. I was thinking of going with Borla?? or Flowmaster, because they sounded good on my 1992 dakota 318, (that is a piece of crap) feel much safer driving a FORD. I have never heard a Borla exauhst but a friend tells me that they sound good. Any suggestions welcomed.

I fabricated my own setup with a SIDO flowmaster 50 series, with dual 3.5 x 22 inch tips angling out.
it wasn't that hard to fab, just two 45 degree bends and some straigth sections. if you have a welder and some know-how, you might wanna try it yourself, or a shop can do it easily also

Overall, it looks great and sounds even better

here's a pic, i hope it works, there are more in my gallery

Thanks porky, and to all who provided me with the pics. I'm going into the exhaust shop tomorrow morning (monday morning) to get my exhaust done.

I am going with a SI/DO Flo-Pro (flowmaster knock off) with dual stainless pipes with the side exit. I will post pics when it is finished.
