DI/DO?

Posted this in other section but didn't get a lot of responses. I went to Exhaust Pros this past week and was wanting to get a quote for a Magnaflow SI/DO with pipes exiting at corners of rear bumper. He suggested I take a different route and cut off the factory Y pipe and put in a DI/DO muffler instead with pipes routed the same as I wanted. Price came out to $460 including 2 3" SS tips which I thought was pretty steep. Anybody have any pros and cons with the DI/DO setup?

yeh that would be ur best bet unless u wanna pay for twin mufflers. and a H or X pipe. but DI/DO is cheaper way to go to get a true dual performance. and sound. cause the DI/DO muffler acts as the pressure equaliser depending on its design
