Is it nessacery to reset the computer after installing duals? If so, how I tried disconnecting the negtive for a few min but I noticed that the radio presets were still there.

Don't have to reboot PCM for exhaust work. It will relearn any change in performance over time.
The radio may have it's own small battery to keep memory alive like a PC computer. I don't know this for sure but power has to come from somewhere for the radio to keep its's presets.
I have an older car that will instantly lose presets in if the power even blinks.
The factory radios are much better than in years past , for performance.

The headlights drain the residual energy in a few SECONDS. A full gauge sweep upon start up confirms the reset.
