You are looking for a Flowmaster 40 series, I believe.

Will just the Flowmaster 40 series give it that much better sound? I too have been shopping mufflers to give my SCrew a little deeper growl. My brother recommended this muffler as well.

even if the 4.6 5.4's had the same cats as the 5.0's - they will not sound the same as those motors!

That's cool! I just wanted to give my truck a meatier sound---but not to be outrageous like my mustang was with the off-road exhaust. It sounds like this muffler will give me just what I'm looking for. On flowmaster's website, it says these mufflers are $102 each. Does that sound about right? Or have they gotten cheaper?
