I was wondering if anyone has installed headers on there new 04 5.4. If so how were the gains and were they noticeable.

Mike Troyer (Troyer Performance 540-862-9515) has a them on his shop truck mated up with a magnaflow cat back. They sound awesome and he can give you the performance gain info.
Give them a call between 10:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday..

Yes his shop truck is a 5.4 3 valve...

 

Probably Anita's truck, 4x4 Lariat Screw. Last time I checked. Didnt even think to ask.
