I saw one of the older Harleys the other day (Scab with flareside) with side pipes. I've never seen anything like them on a newer truck. They looked like something from a 60's/70's Vette. The pipes were actually showing toward the front as they came together. It was in another parking lot, and I didn't have time to run over and get a better look...

Anyone seen anything like this? I think it looked pretty cool!

 

They're still readily available in the Corvette and Cobra world. Most of the collectors are simulated. I see sidepipes and stacks occasionally as I travel the rural, southern states.
