Cool

Hey rock

I don`t think the Y restricts a lot of sound but the factory Y does restrict a lot of performance. I went with an after market Y pipe and gained more power and better gas mileage.

does the y pipe restrict alot of sound? I was wondering if true duals w/ no mufflers is alot louder than cat back with no muffler

a sound change was one of the results of me swapping out my stock y-pipe.

my 'back-talking' stopped, my overall performance increased, and i get a much nicer sound out of my truck than i did before.

its a nice mello rumble that lets you know something different is going on in there.

it wont turn heads coming down a street, but when i down shift going down a hill i get a real nice tone from the truck.
