Cool Got new exhaust today! Wahooooo!

I just got my truck back from the muffler
shop. The installed true duals, one pipe
after each cat, and two 24" glasspacks. It
sounds great. I haven't noticed any loss of
low end power. I'm so proud. Sniff, sniff..

Cool

Bigern6697,
I took it to a local muffler shop and told
them exactly what I wanted. I got the idea
for what I wanted from several people on this
site. One in particular was King James. My
set-up is pretty close to his. He has
pictures of his exhaust, just do a search for
his posts. It cost me right at $200 and
only took a few hours. As far as noise, it
is not loud unless you get on the gas. At
idle it sounds pretty tame, but get on it and
it has a deep rumble. I love it. I have
had several fords and never had one that
sounded this good. Anyway, if this setup
isn't loud enough for you, you could always
use different mufflers or different tips to
achieve a little more noise. I just used a
couple of the cheaper glasspacks the muffler
shop had. Hope this helps.
