New to the forum

Hey people! I just bought a 2001 F150, and found this forum and thought i could chat with some people about what i could do to my truck. Any suggestions would be welcome! I live in North Carolina, and currently i frequent car shows with my girlfriend and her parents, they are mainly car people, and they have done modifications to their '01 Ws6 Firebird and '04 Corvette. So i figured i would go a different route and do some modifications to a truck. So i just wanted to say hi to everyone, and by the way, what would be a good exhaust to stick on my 150?

What trim level do you have; xl, xlt, stx, or lariat? 4x2 or 4x4? Regular, extended, or crew cab? Short or long bed? Any current mods? Give us a few more details on your truck. For 150 bucks, I would put on a good quality muffler (flowmaster, magnaflow, raven) and put a turn down on the end of it. This will fit great into that budget and will leave you with the option later on to add tail pipes to it.

Super 40 will be quieter in the cab. I like their sound outside better.

I have a 40 series delta flow on mine. I wanted loud outside and quiet inside and it does that.

I second that

I have a 2003 fx4 supercrew with the 40 series delta. I do have si//do the back and love the sound. Not too loud while cruising but nice and deep when i step on it. Only problem as that it cost me about 300 bucks

A friend of mine told me that the flowmaster 40's would be a great addition.
