CGS on a 4.2??

CGS on a 4.2??
Does anyone have a CGSmotorsports muffler or exhaust on their 4.2?? I was told it help low end torque more than any other muffler setup. Is this true or just for the 5.4?? I need to know for the 4.2!Thanx!
