How long should I expect???
I just ordered my Borla exhaust from truckperformance.com tonight and I am just wondering how long it will take to get here. Has anyone ordered from there before? If so, please tell me how long it took to recieve your order. I chose the basic ground delivery. Please help me out here.

I ordered my Borla exhaust from truckperformance.com on 16 January and I have not received it yet. This is my first order from them. The salesman on the phone said it would be about 5 business days. If he is correct I should get it today, the 23rd. I'll let you know when I get it.

I ordered my gibson dual sport exhaust system online from them when they had the free shipping sale going on. They said it will take 5-7 days. If it was back ordered they would email me. I called them 15 days later and they stated it was being shipped that same day(they must have forgot to ship it). I received no emails from them or anything. When I questioned them about it they said alot of places close down during the holidays. That was the dumbest excuse I have heard yet! I suggest you call them in a few days to make sure your order has been shipped.

I ordered from truckperformance.com too. Gibson bumped the ship date out 2 times to about a week and a half after TPC said it would ship. I agree, TPC doesn't communicate very well but you'll get your stuff!
If you call them, you may get transfered to the person that manages the online orders but they may transfer you to her voice mail. Call back and ask to be transfered directly to her. I think it's Marie or Maria. She'll call Gibson if she has to, to get a status. And don't expect too much from the online "shipping status". It's updated after the fact, if that.
