i had a friend sell me a set of headers he had..brand new set of flowtech shorty headers..how hard are they to put on and whats the performance gains and sound difference..is it hard to get the bolts from the old manifold to the pipe out, ive noticed they are rusted..can i do it myself or should i take it to someone to do it for me????

Dear 95fordman,
I recomomend you buy a Haynes Ford Pick-ups&Expedition Auto. Repair manual.
They say in there that the bolts will probably be rusted-and to apply penetrating oil to the nuts. But definatly get the manual, it's about $12 - #36059.
